President
Mike helps businesses and nonprofits navigate growth, transition, and leadership with clarity and confidence. With over 20 years of experience across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, he works alongside organizations to tackle strategic planning, leadership development, succession, and mergers & acquisitions—always with a focus on practical execution and long-term sustainability.
His work spans both regional and national clients, from multi-generational family businesses to nonprofits and professional service firms. Mike helps organizations lead through change, align their teams, and build what’s next. Whether it’s planning for succession, preparing for a sale, or bringing leadership together around a new vision, he brings a steady, experienced, and people-first approach to the work.
Outside of consulting, Mike is a lifelong golfer, a dedicated beer league hockey player, and a collector of vintage sports memorabilia. He’s also a proud husband and father to two great kids—one in middle school and one in high school—who keep life full, fun, and grounded.
